Lindsay Goodenough

Lindsay Goodenough, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Administrative Services at Community Services for Every1 since March 2010, where previous roles included Director of Human Resources and Employee Relations Coordinator. Prior to this, Lindsay contributed to Synacor's Human Resources team from 2008 to 2010, focusing on full cycle recruitment and employee communication. Earlier experience includes a position as a Staffing Consultant at OfficeMax from 2006 to 2008, where responsibilities involved recruitment for exempt positions across 200 retail locations, and as a Human Resources Assistant at Total Quality Logistics from 2005 to 2006, where tasks included conducting background checks and managing administrative functions. Lindsay holds a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University.
