James Flaherty

James Flaherty is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as Senior Communications Manager at Community Servings since February 2023. Previously, James held various roles at Tufts Health Plan from March 2014 to September 2021, including Manager of Marketing Creative, where responsibilities included overseeing creative execution for government plans and managing marketing communications. Additional experience includes working as Senior Editorial Manager at Skyword Inc., leading B2B and B2C content development, and as Content Editor at EBSCO Publishing, focusing on higher education publications. Earlier in their career, James was the Assistant Director of Programs at The Kenyon Review, where James managed program planning and contributed to their Young Writers Program. James holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature from Kenyon College.
