Kate Mangiaratti (PMP, MBA)

Kate Mangiaratti has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kate is currently the Director of Business Intelligence and Planning at Community Servings since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at the same organization from June 2021 to August 2022.

In addition to their current role, Kate has served as the Board President of Bearcroft Swim and Tennis Club since February 2021. Kate has also been a Board Member at Attleboro Norton YMCA since January 2017 and worked as a Swim Instructor from October 2021 to April 2022.

Before their current roles, Kate had a long and successful career at State Street. Kate held several positions including Vice President, Globalization Governance / Internal Consulting from July 2019 to June 2021. In this role, they led a global internal consulting team and was responsible for guiding the business through regulatory and contractual requirements. Kate also implemented strategies to achieve company savings targets. Prior to that, they served as Assistant Vice President- Globalization Governance Consultant Team Lead from August 2018 to July 2019.

Kate has also worked in various other roles at State Street, including Assistant Vice President, Asset Owner Business, Business Analyst, Restructuring / Deployment, Officer Investor Services US – Relationship Management, Finance Billing Project Specialist, Account Manager, Mutual Fund Accounting, and Associate, Client Services / Corporate Actions Team.

Kate started their career as a Marketing Intern at Arnold Worldwide in June 2004.

Kate holds a PMP certification and an MBA degree.

Kate Mangiaratti holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business from Skidmore College. Kate also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School. Kate has also participated in a Semester Abroad program at Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2021. Additionally, they hold a Fundraising Essentials Certificate from NonprofitReady, obtained in September 2021, and a Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM, obtained in May 2017.
