Ian Fletcher

Ian Fletcher is an experienced professional in the field of social services and community organizing, currently serving as Deputy Director and Strategy Lead for Regional Large Scale Change at Community Solutions, Inc. Since founding Windhover Impact, a consulting firm focused on data and Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS), Ian has provided tactical assistance to HUD Continuums of Care and homeless service providers. Prior roles include Director of Best Practices and Manager of System Performance at Metro Denver Homeless Initiative, and Senior Project Manager for Veteran's Services at VOA Colorado, where Ian managed significant grants and initiatives to support vulnerable populations. Ian holds a Master's degree in Social Change from the Iliff School of Theology, a Master's in Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Anthropology from Augustana College.
