Jennifer Koppel

Jennifer Koppel serves as the Strategy Lead for Community Impact at Community Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities include supervising system improvement advisors and designing strategies to address homelessness nationwide. Previous roles include Program Lead for Breakthrough Results and Manager of Vulnerable Populations Programs at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, where leadership was provided to initiatives improving healthcare access for vulnerable communities. Jennifer's extensive experience includes serving as Executive Director of the Lanc Co MyHome - Lancaster County Homelessness Coalition and Deputy Director in the County of Lancaster, overseeing various human services programs. Jennifer holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Jennifer serves on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, appointed by the Governor of Pennsylvania.
