Brian Dobek

Brian Dobek has extensive experience in the criminal justice and human services fields. Since October 2017, Brian has served as a Correctional Officer at FCI Danbury, while also working as a Case Manager at Community Solutions, Inc. since August 2016. Prior roles include serving as a Substance Abuse Counselor at CNV Help, Inc. and a Human Service Worker at CSI. Brian’s responsibilities have involved maintaining client accountability, conducting searches, and using motivational interviewing techniques. Prior to these roles, Brian worked as a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where supervision and efficient communication with customers were key duties. An internship at the Special Licensing Firearms Unit involved data management and assistance with licensing processes. Brian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from Central Connecticut State University.
