Joni Foster-Webster

Joni Foster-Webster is an experienced professional in social services and program management, currently serving as the Assistant Program Director at Community Solutions, Inc. since November 2022. With a background in various leadership roles, including Deputy Executive Director at Community Action, Inc. and Director of PACE at Midland Care Connection, Inc., Joni has a strong focus on community-based treatment and organizational development. Previous positions include Learning and Development Specialist at the Kansas Department for Children and Families and extensive experience in child protective services as a Social Work Supervisor with the Wyoming Department of Family Services. Joni holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Truman State University.
