Oscar Soto

Oscar Soto has extensive experience in community services, currently serving as an Employment Specialist and Community Service Coordinator at Community Solutions, Inc. since December 2015, with prior role as a Case Aide. From July 2003 to April 2017, Oscar held the position of Director of Operations for the Santa Barbara Division at Historic Carousels, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from California State University Channel Islands (2011-2014) and two Associate's Degrees in Psychology and Liberal Arts and Sciences from Santa Barbara City College (2005-2011). Oscar completed high school at Santa Barbara High School from 2001 to 2005.
