Charles Carr

Charles Carr is currently the Office Of Intermodal Planning Director at MDOT. Charles has been a member of AASHTO-Standing Committee On Public Transportation since May 2004. Additionally, Charles serves as a Member Board of Directors for the Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA) and is a former President. Charles is also the Owner of Finesse Entertainment since January 1995. Prior to their current role, Charles was the Transit Director at the MS Department of Transportation from August 1997 to November 2010. Charles obtained their education from Jackson State University.
