Karin believes the role of Human Resources is to support the needs of team members in such a way that allows them to do their best work. Karin brings over 25 years of responsible and progressive experience in global human resource management in the retail and software services industries as well as retail operations to her role as VP of Human Resources at CVP.

Her professional experience includes global executive level management, strategic program management, training/employee development, resource and budget forecasting, organizational development, employee relations, corporate communications, and risk management. Prior to joining CVP, Karin served in a senior human resource executive position with Five Below Inc., as the global head of HR for Forever 21, and as the global head of Bare Escentuals Beauty Inc.
