Nathan Lachine

Nathan LaChine has extensive experience in child welfare and caregiver support. Currently serving as a CaRES Mentor for the Alliance for Child Welfare Excellence and as the Founder of Evergreen Caregiver Support, Nathan provides crucial resources for Foster, Kinship, and Tribal Caregivers in Washington. Previous roles include Therapeutic Foster Parent and Lead Foster Parent Recruiter at Community Youth Services, where Nathan focused on meeting the diverse needs of youth and advocating for policy changes. Additionally, Nathan has contributed to MaleSurvivor as a board member and has a significant background in retail management through various positions at Walmart. Educationally, Nathan attended Olympic College and has been actively involved in improving care environments since 2001.
