Shawn Morais has a strong background in customer service and customer experience. Shawn currently holds the position of Director of Customer Service at Community.com since March 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Customer Experience at the same company from July 2020 to July 2022.
Before joining Community.com, Shawn worked at Pollen as the Head of Customer Experience from August 2018 to May 2020. Shawn also briefly held the position of Head of Customer Experience at Rivit TV from March 2018 to August 2018.
Shawn'searlier experience includes working at Collide as the Head of Support from October 2016 to October 2017, and at Karmaloop as the Head of Customer Service from October 2010 to April 2016.

Shawn Morais pursued their education starting in 2012 at Bay State College. Shawn first completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Retail Management, in the years 2012 to 2014. Following this, Shawn continued their studies at Bay State College and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Economics, which they accomplished from 2012 to 2016.
