Sam McKelvie has had a diverse career, starting as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Southern Illinois University and progressing to roles such as National Administrator at the Alliance for Climate Education and Founder and Coach at ieFitness. Notably, Sam also served as Director of Customer Success at Pathgather and Mobile Commons, contributing to establishing customer success processes and teams. More recently, Sam worked as the Twilio.org Customer Supportability Manager at Twilio, fostering better sales strategies and support processes for social impact customers. Currently, Sam holds the position of Head of Customer Success at CommunityConnect Labs.
Sam McKelvie obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Theater Arts from Monmouth College in 2005. Later, from 2005 to 2007, Sam pursued and completed a Master of Science in Speech Communication at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
