Wenyu Wu is an accomplished professional with a diverse background spanning technical support, business analysis, software development, and web development. Currently serving as the Manager of Technical Support and Scrum Master/RTE at Commure since March 2018, Wenyu has a proven track record in enhancing client value through effective process improvements and problem-solving strategies. Previously, Wenyu held roles at iSoftStone, where leadership of a development team led to successful server migrations, and Sorriso Technologies, focusing on API development and performance optimization. Wenyu's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Information Systems and Computer Software Engineering from Northeastern University and an MBA from Clarkson University, complemented by technical expertise in project management gained through education at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
