Rachel Anne Yam has a diverse range of experience in the hospitality industry, with roles ranging from management trainee to guest relations manager. Currently, Rachel is serving as a restaurant manager at COMO Group, overseeing the opening team for Cedric Grolet’s first shop in Asia. Prior to this, Rachel has held positions at The Lo & Behold Group, Kabuke, and PSGOURMET PTE LTD, where Rachel Anne demonstrated their skills in employee training, outlet management, and digital marketing. Most notably, Rachel has excelled in creating memorable dining experiences for guests and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
