Roma Liani has extensive work experience in various educational roles. Roma is currently working at Comp Sci High as the Director of STEM, Science Department Chair, Founding Physics Teacher, and Educational Consultant. Prior to that, they worked at Stanford University Graduate School of Education as a Hollyhock Teaching Fellow. Roma also served as the Manager of Math and High School Math Curriculum Associate at Success Academy Charter Schools. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Math Department Lead and Math Teacher at The English High School. Roma started their professional journey as a Teach for America Corps Member and gained experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Water Works Engineers LLC.
Roma Liani completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mathematics at Southern Methodist University from 2010 to 2014. They then pursued a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Curriculum & Teaching at Boston University from 2014 to 2016.
