Luca Caruso

Luca Caruso has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Luca began their career as a Developer at DIACOM SRL in 1998 and then worked as an Analyst Developer at Exi and Data Professional. In 2003, they joined Anacomp as an Analyst-Developer Senior. From 2005 to 2013, Luca worked at ING Direct as an Application Engineering Solutions Manager, where they were responsible for managing software applications and release management. In 2013, they moved on to TWT as an IT Application, Network, and Infrastructure Manager, leading a team of 24 members and overseeing daily ICT activities. Luca then joined Gi Group in 2015 as an Information Technology Application Manager, where they played a crucial role in digital innovation, business intelligence, product definition, and offshore and onshore vendor management. In 2020, Luca transitioned to Cuebiq as the Head of Product Delivery and Operational Excellence. Currently, Luca holds the position of Head of Information Technology at CGT S.p.A.
