Luis Santana

Luis Santana is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in technical support and information technology. Currently serving as a Técnico em TI and previously as an Assistente de Suporte at Companhia de Ferro Ligas da Bahia - FERBASA since 2014, Luis has also held positions as a Support Analyst and Technical Support IT Trainee at Valeo Sistemas Automotivos from March 2012 to December 2013. Luis began the career in technical support at CopyNet Informática from January 2010 to October 2011. Educational qualifications include a Pós Graduação in Segurança da Informação from Estácio (2017-2018), a Graduação in Redes de Computadores from Universidade Estácio de Sá (2014-2016), and a degree in Engineering Computer from Faculdade Area1 (2011-2014), supplemented by a Curso de extensão in Virtualização de Datacenter with VMWARE ESXI from Unifacs (2013).
