Pilar Conto

Pilar Conto serves as the Director of People and Culture at Levapan, responsible for operations across Colombia, Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, Peru, and Venezuela since November 2021. Pilar has implemented organizational restructuring that improved efficiency and reduced costs and contributed to a new leadership paradigm. Previously, Pilar held various positions at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., including Director of Human Resources for LATAM North and Director of Human Resources for Colombia. Additional experience includes human resources roles at RACAFÉ, Coandes, Tecnofarma Colombia SAS, and Labinco SA. Pilar holds an Executive Management Development Program degree from INALDE Business School and has specialized in Organizational Development and Change Management, as well as Digital Transformation.
