As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll receive hands-on training in key areas of digital marketing such as search engine optimization (SEO), paid search advertising, local search marketing, social media management, email marketing, website design and implementation, and analytics reporting.
This position is designed to help you build a strong foundation in digital marketing while allowing you to specialize in areas of interest as your skills develop. As your skills grow, you’ll have the opportunity to specialize in areas that match your interests and career goals.
Your training will cover a variety of practical tools, strategies, and processes, allowing you to make a direct impact on client success. You’ll gain real-world experience in executing campaigns, optimizing performance, and supporting clients across diverse industries.

Qualifications
Self-motivated learner (no college degree needed)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Able to think critically and work in a rapidly evolving environment
Highly organized, and extremely detail-oriented
Able to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Able to work both independently and cross-functionally
Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Willing to accept new challenges (Run Toward Fire™)
Passionate about your work and willing to push creative limits
Ability to hold to timelines, hourly targets, and budget goals
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
2-3 years of work experience (in any industry)
Experience working a full-time or part-time job while attending college
Experience in graphic design used digitally (not print, traditional marketing, etc.)
