Denis Bortnikov

Denis Bortnikov is the Deputy President & Chairman of VTB Bank. Previously, he was the Head of the North-West Regional Center and Senior Vice President at VTB Bank. Denis holds a degree in Economics from St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance.
