Irene Siradaki

Irene Siradaki is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning over 18 years in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Φυσικό Αέριο Ελληνική Εταιρεία Ενέργειας since March 2018, Irene oversees the HR function and implements processes for approximately 270 employees. Previous roles include HR Project Manager at HSBC, where Irene led the transition to SAP Success Factors, and VP of Human Resources at Workable, focusing on talent acquisition and employee retention. Irene's earlier experience includes HR management consulting at PwC, HR Manager at TUI Hellas, and HR Director at Fnac, where notable achievements involved enhancing talent development initiatives and achieving low turnover rates. Irene holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication & Mass Media, along with additional studies in Interior Architecture & Design.
