Oleksandra Golubieva

Oleksandra Golubieva is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR People and Business Partner at LUN since June 2021, where responsibilities include succession planning, workforce planning, and people development for over 70 employees, while also consulting directly with top executives on management evaluations and organizational structure. Prior to this, Oleksandra held several HR and recruitment roles at MacPaw Inc., contributing to company-wide HR policies and the hiring of top talent, and gained valuable recruitment experience at Intellectsoft and Cogniance. Earlier positions included recruiting for vocational training projects at Europäische Bildungsakademie gGmbH and supporting student recruitment at American Councils for International Education.
