Megan Trowbridge

Megan Trowbridge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, organizational development, and client experience management. Currently serving as Vice President of People at CompanyCam since March 2024, Megan previously held the role of Director of Client & Brand Experience at Leadership Resources and served as Interim Hospital Administrator at Sirius Veterinary Orthopedic Center. Prior to these positions, Megan contributed to Spreetail as Director of Business Partners, where strategic initiatives aimed at high-performing teams were prioritized. Additionally, Megan operated as a consultant for startups and non-profits, including the Arbor Day Foundation and NRC Health, where leadership and talent development were key focus areas. Earlier experiences include significant roles at Cerner Corporation and State Farm Insurance, underlining a well-rounded background in customer success and recruitment.
