James Mosca

James Mosca is a software engineer with experience in various roles and companies. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer, starting in July 2022. Prior to their current position, James worked at Amazon from 2017 to 2021. During this time, they held the position of Software Development Engineer II and was involved in developing systems to optimize Amazon inventory. James built applications in Java and Scala with Apache Spark, working extensively with AWS technologies such as S3, Dynamo, Lambda, and Redshift. Before joining Amazon, James worked as a Software Development Engineer I from July 2017 to October 2018. In 2016, they interned at RaceReach.com as a Software Development Intern, where they built front and backend features, primarily using PHP, SQL, and Javascript. In 2015, James interned at Duke University Medical Center as a Software Development Intern.

James Mosca attended Southern Lehigh High School from 2009 to 2010. James then went on to attend Durham Academy from 2010 to 2013. Finally, they attended Duke University from 2013 to 2017, where they received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science.
