Jo Jenkins

Jo Jenkins is an experienced professional in customer operations and management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Operations at Compare the Market since July 2024. Previously, Jo held the position of Head of Customer Experience for Marshall’s & Westland at Westland Horticulture Ltd from February 2022 to June 2024. Prior roles include Head of Customer Service at Ideal Shopping Direct from July 2019 to February 2022, and a progression within Thomas Cook from Contact Centre Manager to Contact Centre Operations Manager between December 2007 and July 2019. Jo Jenkins holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Management from Loughborough University, completed in 2010.
