Michelle Shim's work experience begins in 2014 when they joined Oxford Road as a Project Manager. Michelle worked in this role until January 2016 when they transitioned to the position of Campaign Operations Manager. In October 2016, Michelle joined Epsilon as a Media Delivery Manager and held this role until September 2019. Michelle was then promoted to the position of Senior Media Delivery Manager and worked in this capacity until January 2022. Michelle's most recent role was with Headgum, where they started as the Director of Ad Operations & Client Services in January 2022 and was later promoted to the position of VP of Ad Operations & Client Services in November 2022.
