Kellen Allen

Kellen Allen is a Pastor and Ministry Director at Compass Bible Church. Prior to this, Kellen served as a Multi-Regional Human Resources Director at 24 Hour Family Fitness, overseeing HR initiatives for multiple regions and thousands of employees. Kellen also held roles as a Human Resources Manager at Target and as a Graduate Assistant Coach for Men & Women's Track & Field at LIU Brooklyn. In addition, Kellen was a Division I Basketball Player at LIU Brooklyn, earning the William King Award and serving as Team Captain and MVP. Allen holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Marketing from Long Island University.
