Marc Voyer has a diverse work experience in copywriting and content strategy. Marc is currently working as a Lead UX Copy Strategist at Compass Digital since 2022. In addition, Marc has experience as a Digital Copywriter at BMO Wealth Management - Canada, Aviva Canada, and Capital One, where they developed, wrote, and edited content for various platforms, including financial investment platforms, insurance websites, direct mail packages, and web copy.
Marc Voyer attended Athabasca University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Communications and Media Studies degree. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2005, they studied at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology and earned an Advertising Diploma with a focus on Advertising and Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Marc Voyer also acquired additional certifications, including "Succeeding as a solo UX writer" from UX Content Collective (obtained in 2023) and "Foundations in Design Thinking" from IDEO U (obtained in 2021).
