Louise Fæster has a diverse work experience in sales and management roles within the food service industry. In 2020, Louise enrolled in Erhvervsakademi Dania and pursued a degree in "Coaching og konflikthåndtering" (Coaching and Conflict Management) with a specialization in "Salgsfunktioner" (Sales Functions). Louise also attended Erhvervsakademi SydVest (Business Academy South West) during the same year, where they focused on "Ledelse der skaber social kapital" (Leadership that creates social capital).
