Jason Caulk

Jason Caulk is an experienced professional in digital transformation and strategy, currently serving as the Director of Digital Transformation and Compass Guide at Compass Group Equity Partners since January 2023. Previously, Jason held the position of Practice Lead for Digital Strategy and Software Development at Centric Consulting, where the focus was on solving complex business and technology challenges. As a co-founder of Norgay Ventures LLC, Jason engaged in cryptocurrency mining investments. Additional roles include Chief Technology Officer at Trelus, and various senior positions at Masonite International, including Senior Director of Digital. Jason began their career as Sales Manager at R.P. Lumber Company. Jason earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville between 1992 and 1997.
