Bhavana Bartholf

Bhavana Bartholf is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in commercial sales and strategy. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Commercial Sales & Strategy at Compass Group since September 2024, Bhavana also holds a position as a Board Member for The Humane Society of the United States and WEX. Previous roles include Chief Analytics and Innovation Officer at Bank of America and various leadership positions at Microsoft over a two-decade span, such as Global Head of Digital & Sales Strategy, which significantly influenced the company’s $101 billion division. Bhavana has a strong academic background with a Master’s Degree in Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering from North Carolina State University and has contributed to multiple organizations as a C-Suite advisor, consultant, and keynote speaker.
