Candice Healy

Candice Healy, BA, CHRL, CCP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Total Rewards at Compass Group since July 2023. Previously, Candice held the position of Director of Total Rewards & Business Solutions at OEC from October 2022 to July 2023 and served as Director of Human Resources at Terrapure Environmental from July 2015 to October 2022. Candice's earlier roles at Terrapure included Manager of Talent and Board/Executive Liaison and Total Compensation Advisor. From June 2007 to June 2015, Candice worked at Intact in various human resources and compensation consulting roles. Candice began the career as a Staffing Specialist at Veritude from May 2006 to June 2007. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from Niagara College and an Honours BA in Business Communications from Brock University.
