Erik Veyt

Erik Veyt is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Head of Procurement for Local Markets EME at Compass Group since November 2024. Previously, Erik held the position of Procurement Manager at Compass Group Belgium from November 2020 to November 2024 and worked as Inkoopmanager at Xandrion Belgium, a part of Compass Group, from November 2018 to November 2024. Erik's career started in 1987 at Trade Mart Brussels in catering, followed by several roles in procurement, including a tenure as Business Unit Manager Foodservice at Java Foodservice, where Erik contributed to the growth and empowerment of team members. With a strong foundation in economics from various educational institutions, Erik has developed a robust skill set in procurement and management over the decades.
