Gaétan De L'hermite

Gaétan de L'Hermite currently serves as the Regional Managing Director for Asia Pacific at Compass Group PLC, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Gaétan was the CEO of Compass Group France from August 2015 to September 2022 and had earlier served as Executive Sales Director and Group Director for International Clients & Market Development at the same company from 2011 to 2015. Gaétan's extensive experience in the food services industry also includes positions such as Managing Director at Compass Group Ireland (2008-2011) and Compass Group for Central Asia, Middle East, and Africa (2004-2008). Additionally, Gaétan has a background in finance and consulting, having worked as Director of Change Management at Deutsche Bank (2003-2004), Manager at Deloitte Consulting (2000-2003), and Senior Auditor at Mazars (1995-1999). Gaétan holds a degree from emlyon business school, completing studies there from 1992 to 1995, and attended Saint Louis de Gonzague from 1985 to 1992.
