Elizabeth Proctor

Elizabeth Proctor has over 15 years of experience in medical device and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance and quality systems. Elizabeth has worked as a Consultant/Owner at Q-Metrics, LLC since May 2019, where they specialize in developing lean and compliant solutions to address FDA and international regulatory requirements. Their expertise includes various areas such as 21 CFR regulations, ISO13485, 510k submissions, FDA responses/corrective actions, regulatory due-diligence, and complaint management.

Prior to this, Elizabeth worked at Compass Health Brands as the Director of Regulatory Compliance starting in February 2022. Elizabeth previously held the role of Regulatory Compliance Manager from January 2018 to November 2019 and QA Specialist from April 2015 to December 2017. During their time at Compass Health Brands, they implemented a complaint management/reporting process and created a company-wide GMP training module.

Elizabeth also has experience as a Regulatory Affairs Product Complaint Investigator at Invacare Corporation from January 2014 to April 2015, where they conducted investigations of product complaints and assessed reportability to FDA.

Elizabeth began their career as a Quality Assurance Specialist II at Boehringer Ingelheim - Ben Venue Laboratories, Inc. from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications including Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ and Certified Pharmaceutical GMP Professional from ASQ. Elizabeth is also a Notary Public in the State of Ohio.
