Nancy Pitcock

Nancy Pitcock has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nancy started their career at Rubbermaid Commercial Products in 1981, where they worked as a Manufacturing Support Technician for over two decades. During their time there, they managed administrative activities, supervised internal audits, and coordinated duties for the internal auditor team.

In 2002, Nancy joined McClendon Corporation as the Chief of Quality Assurance. In this role, they established strategic plans for the Quality Management System and pursued ISO 9001:2000 certification and a level 2 CMMI rating.

Since 2004, Nancy has been working at Compass, Inc. in various roles. Nancy initially served as an Administrative Assistant, streamlining business processes and handling accounts payable and receivable. Later, they became the Business Manager/Facility Security Officer, leading the corporate administrative team and managing the Facility Security Office per NISPOM regulations. In June 2022, they were promoted to the position of Director, Human Resources and Security.
