Martina Caldana has a strong background in economics and has held various roles in notable organizations. Martina began their career as a Research Assistant at Università Bocconi in 2011. In 2013, they worked as a Trainee at the European Commission in the Chief Economist's team focusing on Mergers. Martina then joined the Office of Fair Trading in 2013, where they worked in the Service, Infrastructure, and Public Markets division. In 2014, Martina joined Compass Lexecon as a Senior Economist and later became the Deputy Office Head. Martina held this position until 2022 when they were promoted to Vice President-Deputy Office Head. Alongside their professional roles, Martina has also served as a Visiting Professor at Università di Pavia since 2020.
Martina Caldana holds a Master's Degree in Economics from Università Bocconi. Martina also participated as a visiting student at Sciences Po, where they studied Finance and Strategy.
