Colin Chandler

Colin Chandler, M.B.A., currently serves as the Manager of North American Rail Logistics and Strategy at Compass Minerals since 2022. In addition to this role, Colin holds leadership positions as Co-Chairman of the Great Place To Work (Supply Chain Board) and Chairman of the Emerging Leaders - Learning Pillar. Prior to joining Compass Minerals, Colin worked at The Andersons, Inc. from 2014 to 2021, where responsibilities included multiple roles as a Logistics Coordinator in the Vegetable Oils and Animal Fats Division, the Frac Sand and Fuels Division, and the Frac Sand Division, as well as serving as a Merchandising Assistant. Colin holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Kansas.
