Jeff Farrow

Jeff Farrow is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Compass Minerals since October 2022, Jeff previously held the position of Director of Quality at Nutraceutical Corporation for eight months. Jeff's notable tenure at Autoliv spanned over 15 years, during which leadership roles included Quality Manager overseeing a 24/7 manufacturing plant producing automotive airbag components and Laboratory Manager/Chemist managing a quality laboratory conducting around 100,000 analytical tests annually. Earlier experience includes working with Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies as Senior Development Chemist at Tandem Labs and playing a key role in military safety projects as Senior Analytical Chemist at Science and Technology Corporation. Jeff also served as Study Director Chemistry at Nelson Laboratories, focusing on medical device testing and validation. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Utah, attained between 2001 and 2005.
