Lindsay White

Lindsay White has extensive experience in the field of recruiting and talent management. Lindsay currently holds the position of Director of Recruiting at CompassMSP, a role they have been in since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as Head of Recruiting at the same company starting in September 2021. Before joining CompassMSP, Lindsay worked as the Talent and Culture Lead at IT Direct: A CompassMSP Company from November 2019 to September 2021. Lindsay also held the position of Administrative Assistant/Recruiter at the same company from September 2018 to November 2019. Lindsay's earlier experience includes working as a Recruiter at Vertical Talent Solutions from October 2016 to August 2018, where they were responsible for managing all phases of the recruiting cycle and partnered with hiring managers to meet workforce needs. Prior to their career in recruiting, Lindsay worked as a School Counselor at Middletown Adult Education from August 2013 to June 2015, and at Litchfield High School from August 2007 to June 2010. Lindsay also worked as a Customer Service Representative and Department Trainer at MassMutual Financial Group from January 2001 to August 2006. Additionally, Lindsay has experience as a Notary Public from August 2010 to June 2013.

Lindsay White has a Master's degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from the University of Saint Joseph, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Connecticut, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.
