Nimanthi Rathnayaka

Nimanthi Rathnayaka has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2016, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Rathnayaka Rice Mill Ptv. Ltd in Sri Lanka for eight months. Nimanthi then moved to New Rathnayaka Rice Mill Ptv. Ltd in Sri Lanka in 2017, where they also served as a Human Resources Assistant for ten months. In 2020, Nimanthi joined Estia Health as a Personal Care Assistant and worked there for almost two years. Currently, they are employed at Compass Offices, starting as a Client Service Executive in June 2022 and later promoted to the role of a Senior Client Service Executive in April 2023.

Nimanthi Rathnayaka's education history is as follows:

From 2018 to 2021, Nimanthi attended Charles Sturt University and earned a Bachelor of Business degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management.

In 2021, Nimanthi also completed a Certificate of Achievement in Anatomy and Physiology at Flinders University.

Between 2019 and 2020, Nimanthi pursued a Certificate IV in Ageing Support at InterCare Training.

Before attending universities in Australia, from 2017 to 2018, Nimanthi completed an Advanced National Diploma in Human Resources Management at the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) in Sri Lanka.

In the same institute, Nimanthi also completed an Advanced Certificate Course in Human Resources Management from 2016 to 2017, and a Foundation Course in Human Resources Management in 2016.

Prior to that, Nimanthi obtained a Diploma in Information Technology with E-commerce from ESOFT Metro Campus in 2015 to 2016.

Apart from these academic qualifications, Nimanthi has pursued additional certificates and courses. In 2019, Nimanthi completed a Certificate in Infection, Prevention & Control at All Health Training. In 2018, Nimanthi attained an IELTS (International English Language Testing System) certification from EnglishScore for English proficiency. Additionally, in 2011, Nimanthi completed a Spoken English Course at the Pre-Intermediate level, earning a certificate from EnglishScore.
