Alice Gaillard

Alice Gaillard has a diverse work experience. Alice currently holds the position of VP, Clinical Care at COMPASS Pathways since 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief of Staff and Manager of Business Development and Operations at COMPASS Pathways from 2019 to 2022. Alice also volunteered as a Project Holder for London at the Refugee Food Festival in 2019. Before joining COMPASS Pathways, Alice worked at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Project Leader from 2017 to 2019, a Consultant from 2015 to 2017, a Senior Associate in 2015, and an Associate from 2013 to 2015. Alice started their career as a Strategy Analyst intern at Allianz France in 2012 and as an Assistant to the Deputy Chief of Staff of the French Budget Minister intern at Ministère de l’Economie et des Finances, de l’Action et des Comptes publics from 2011 to 2011. Alice also gained experience as a Right Hand to the CEO intern at Advertrip, an online advertising start-up, in 2010.

Alice Gaillard attended HEC Paris from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Master in Management degree in Public Affairs, Grande Ecole Programme. Alice also participated in a double degree program with Sciences Po in 2012-2013, obtaining a Master in Public and Corporate Management. In 2010, Alice spent a semester at Singapore Management University as part of an exchange program. Prior to that, they completed their Classe préparatoire économique et commerciale at Lycée du Parc from 2007 to 2009. Alice's education began at Lycée Edouard Herriot, where they graduated with a Baccalauréat Scientifique in 2007.
