Mary-Rose Hughes

Mary-Rose Hughes, ACA, currently serves as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at COMPASS Pathways, a position held since May 2020, where additional roles include VP Finance, Finance Director, and Financial Controller. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Financial Reporting for the UK & Ireland at Veolia from April 2017 to November 2019 and as an Assurance Manager at EY from October 2011 to March 2017. Mary-Rose Hughes earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law from Queen's University Belfast between 2005 and 2008.
