Marissa Freedman

Marissa Freedman is a CFO who helps physicians confidently invest in ASC projects by bringing deep financing and strategic insights to every opportunity.

She believes that the best projects are rigorously reviewed and creatively adapted to address physician needs in the market. And that best practices can be deployed to efficiently develop and run centers – saving both time and expense.

Marissa has spent decades working in finance, strategy, and operations and has partnered with physicians on Joint Ventures in ASCs, Dialysis Clinics, and in Real Estate. Her experience includes Executive / Leadership roles at DaVita, Panera Bread, and Goldman Sachs.

Marissa has an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
