Justin Lopez

Justin Lopez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and air traffic control. Since May 2020, Justin has served as the MTUAS Test Site Lead at Compass Systems Inc. Previously, Justin held multiple leadership roles at VMX-1 from 2015 to May 2020, including UAS Division Chief and Operational Test Director. Justin's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where from 2008 to 2015, Justin served as a UAS Operator and held various positions in air traffic control maintenance, showcasing a strong foundation in both operational and technical aspects of aviation.
