Scott Taylor

Scott Taylor is an experienced mechanical designer and drafter with a focus on 3D and 2D design using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Currently, Scott holds positions at Homer City since September 2013 as a Mechanical Designer/Drafter and at Compass Systems Inc. since August 2013 as a Mechanical Drafter, where responsibilities include creating mechanical drawing packages and electrical layouts, along with collaboration across project management, engineering, and manufacturing. Previous experience includes roles at Elliott Company and DRS Laurel Technologies, along with a brief period of job searching and work as a racer at Overdose Racing. Scott holds an Associate degree in CAD from Pittsburgh Technical College and an Associate degree in Sheetmetal Manufacturing from the Greater Johnstown Career and Technology Center.
