Cerissa Corra

Cerissa Corra is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Senior Director of People and Culture at Compass Group USA since June 2023. Prior to this role, Cerissa held the position of Director of People Operations at the Washington Commanders from June 2021 to June 2023, and directed the HR PMO at Electronic Arts from 2020 to June 2021. Earlier career experience includes significant roles at Microsoft between 2004 and 2019, where Cerissa advanced from Staffing Consultant to a Human Resources Professional. Additionally, Cerissa worked as a Human Resources Manager and Recruiter at UPS from 2000 to 2003. Cerissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington.
