Jugveer Randhawa

Jugveer is the Chief Executive Officer for Compass Digital Labs (CDL), the digital transformation and technology innovation arm of Compass Group North America. Since CDL’s inception in 2015, Jugveer has been at the forefront of CDL’s growth. Under his leadership, CDL has helped Compass Group secure its position as a digital leader in the food, hospitality, and services space.

CDL supports digital innovation across three main business verticals in North America: Business and Industry, Higher Education, and Healthcare and Community Living. Jugveer leads teams focused on building and scaling innovative digital products and technologies to exceed the expectations of customers and clients, including mobile & web applications, robotic delivery, AI & Machine Learning technology, cybersecurity, and healthcare technologies.

Since joining Compass in 2013, Jugveer has held various technology and digital strategy roles initially at Compass Group Canada and subsequently across North America. He previously held technology management positions in the telecommunications, retail, and logistics industries. Jugveer is a Technology Management & Commerce graduate from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.

Jugveer is actively involved in CDL’s Digital Future Initiative, an action-based program focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, aiming to empower communities, close the digital divide and build the next generation of digital and technology leaders.
