Toni Soccio

Toni Soccio has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Toni started their career at MBNA America in 1993, where they held various roles in HR and Marketing-Operations until 2005. In 2006, they joined Bank of America and was responsible for leadership development within the International Card Services division. Their tasks included talent planning, coaching executive leaders, and establishing succession planning. In 2007, they transitioned to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where they served as a Senior Vice President and Human Resources Executive until 2017. Since 2017, Toni has been employed as the VP of Human Resources for Compass Group USA, first overseeing HR for Eurest and Eurest Services, and currently leading HR for Chartwells Higher Education.

Toni Soccio pursued their undergraduate education from 1995 to 1999 at the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing/Mgmt. Subsequently, from 2001 to 2003, Toni attended Goldey-Beacom College where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing & Management.
